My sister took this shot during last weekend's trip to Cagayan Valley. That's a province in the northeast corner of Luzon Island in the Philippines. I think the picture was taken in Ilocos Norte, though. That's a neighboring province, to the west. I suspect this picture was taken near Pagudpud, a town along the northern coast of Luzon Island. I know it's been rainy the entire weekend, which usually sets up for great sunsets like these.
